For stays 3+ months, a refundable 1-month rent deposit is required and returned within 7 business days after checkout (if no damage and 30 days' notice given). No deposit is needed for shorter stays.

Coworking membership is not included in room rates. For work purposes, you can use the B1F Focus Room, B1F Lounge, 1F Lounge / Kitchen areas or your personal room. We have special deals with coworking spaces around our coliving. Please contact hoppinhouse@hoppers.kr

Bookings are confirmed 6 months in advance (e.g., September bookings confirmed starting in March).

All the payments are accepted in KRW (Korean Won).
