Yang Kyung-joon (CEO, Krypton)
A pioneer of Korea’s accelerator industry, Yang launched his first startup after graduating from Seoul National University and achieved a successful exit in 2000. Since then, he has built Krypton into one of Korea’s leading accelerators, guided by his belief that “companies are tools to change the world.”
Jeong Cho(CEO, Hoppers | English ⇔ Korean Translation)
Educated at Yonsei University and UCL, Jeong worked in urban design and sustainable development before founding Hoppers. She now leads initiatives connecting global talents with Korea through workation, coliving, and cross-border startup programs.
Duncan Kim(COO, Hoppers | Japanese & Chinese ⇔ Korean Translation)
Born in Seoul and educated in Tokyo, Duncan worked at Accenture and Nomura Research Institute (NRI) on global consulting projects. Since 2024, he has led Hoppers’ global workation expansion and built collaboration networks linking Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
