Hosted on the island of Jeju, this three-day program integrates business collaboration and cultural engagement, providing startups with a platform to expand their networks and strengthen their presence in Asia.
Hosted at Reflow, Jeju’s premium workation space, the program is designed for startups and teams interested in entering Korean market.

A pioneer of Korea’s accelerator industry, Yang launched his first startup after graduating from Seoul National University and achieved a successful exit in 2000. Since then, he has built Krypton into one of Korea’s leading accelerators, guided by his belief that “companies are tools to change the world.”

Born in Seoul and trained as an urban planner, Jeong leads Hoppers, a company shaping the future of work and mobility in Asia. She collaborates with governments, accelerators, and creative communities to connect remote professionals, entrepreneurs, and local ecosystems through sustainable and cross-border innovation initiatives.
Duncan Kim(COO, Hoppers | Japanese & Chinese ⇔ Korean Translation)
Born in Seoul and educated in Tokyo, Duncan worked at Accenture and Nomura Research Institute (NRI) on global consulting projects. Since 2024, he has led Hoppers’ global workation expansion and built collaboration networks linking Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
