1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Hoppin House Storage Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Storage Unit Categories and Rates
Storage fees are determined based on the size and type of storage unit rented. All rates are in Korean Won (KRW).

3. Payment Terms
•
Daily rates are charged per calendar day.
•
Weekly rates apply for consecutive usage within a week (7 days).
•
Monthly rates offer discounted pricing for long-term storage (30 days).
•
Quarterly rates offer discounted pricing for long-term storage (90 days).
•
Storage fees are non-refundable, except as stated in the Refund Policy.
4. Access Hours
•
Hoppin House members with coworking space access can retrieve stored items anytime during operating hours (24/7 on weekdays).
•
Non-members can access storage during visitor hours (10 AM - 7 PM). If a non-member would like to access to during non-visitor hours, they should contact to the contact@hoppers.kr
5. Security
•
All storage units are monitored by CCTV.
•
Lockers are secured with locks.
•
Hoppin House is not responsible for loss or damage to stored items.
•
Lockers are subject to availability; reservations are recommended.
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being stored in the storage units:
•
Illegal substances
•
Flammable materials
•
Explosives
•
Perishable goods
•
Hazardous materials
•
Stolen goods
Hoppin House reserves the right to inspect storage units if there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited items.
7. Refund Policy
•
Refunds are available only for unused days in weekly and monthly plans.
•
No refunds are provided for daily rentals.
•
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
8. Termination of Service
Hoppin House reserves the right to terminate storage service if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
9. Liability, Loss, and Theft Clause
Hoppin House provides storage space rental only. Hoppin House is not an insurer of the customer’s stored property.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that Hoppin House does not maintain insurance coverage for the contents of the storage units and strongly recommends that Customer obtain their own insurance policy to cover the full value of the Customer’s stored property.
Hoppin House shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction to the Customer’s stored property, regardless of whether such loss, damage, or destruction is caused by Hoppin House’s negligence or otherwise. The Customer hereby releases Hoppin House from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities for any loss, damage, or destruction of the Customer’s stored property.
Customer further acknowledges and agrees that Hoppin House shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the storage unit, even if Hoppin House has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Customer acknowledges that the storing of prohibited items as outlined in these terms and conditions will immediately void any limited liability of Hoppin House. Customer further acknowledges and agrees to a surprise, unannounced inspection to ensure compliance with these terms.
Refusal to comply with such an inspection will be grounds for the immediate termination of this storage agreement, and the stored items will be subject to disposal or donation to a local charitable organization.
