Organizer: Hoppers Inc. (“Hoppers”)
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Hoppin Jeju 2025 Autumn Workation Program (the “Program”).
By applying for, purchasing, or attending any portion of the Program, participants (“Participants”) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following.
1. Organizer and Program Overview
1.1 Organizer
The Program is organized, managed, and operated solely by:
Hoppers Inc. (호퍼스 주식회사)

“Hoppin” and “Digital Nomads Korea (DNK)” are brands owned and operated by Hoppers Inc.
They are not independent entities, nor are they legal organizers of this Program.
All contractual obligations, operations, and liabilities rest solely with Hoppers Inc.
1.2 Program Details

Dates: October 30 – November 3, 2025 (5 days / 4 nights)
•
Location: Jeju Island, South Korea
•
Participants: Limited to 10 international digital nomads, freelancers, and entrepreneurs

Hoppers acts as the program operator, not the property owner.
Re:flow Jeju operates as a third-party venue provider, and Hoppers shall not be liable for any claims arising from the venue’s facilities or services.
2. Program Overview & Schedule
2.1 Concept
The Hoppin Jeju Workation blends productivity and exploration — designed for remote professionals to work, connect, and discover Jeju in a small, curated community.
2.2 Tentative Schedule

Day 1: Arrival, Orientation, Welcome Dinner
•
Day 2: Seaside Coworking (OPEACE Jeju) & Local Walk
•
Day 3: Aewol Café, Gotjawal Forest Trek, Hyeopjae Beach
•
Day 4: Gapado Island Cycling, Green Tea Field, Songaksan Trek, Farewell Dinner
•
Day 5: Morning Beach Run, Breakfast, Check-out
Schedule and inclusions may change based on weather, local availability, or operational conditions.
A finalized itinerary will be shared prior to program start.
3. Program Inclusions

4 nights accommodation at Re:flow Jeju
•
24-hour coworking access
•
Local activities & curated experiences
•
One full-day guided excursion (with transportation)
•
On-site community management & coordination
•
Hoppin & DNK Welcome Kit
3.1 Not Included
•
Flights/ferries to and from Jeju
•
Daily meals (unless stated)
•
Travel insurance and visa fees
•
Optional paid add-ons and workshops
•
Personal expenses
3.2 Optional Add-ons
Some experiences (e.g., wellness sessions, café hopping, cultural classes) may be available on-site at extra cost.
4. Eligibility & Application
4.1 Eligibility
Applicants must:
•
Be a remote professional, freelancer, entrepreneur, or creative actively engaged in work
•
Have sufficient English communication ability
•
Demonstrate respectful conduct suitable for a shared living environment
Hoppers reserves the right to reject applications or revoke participation if eligibility is not met or false information is provided.
4.2 Application Process

Join the official Discord for announcements and coordination.
Applications are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Hoppers.
5. Program Fees

Prices exclude VAT, booking, and platform fees.
•
All payments must be made within 3 days of receiving the invoice.
•
Payments not received within this period will result in automatic cancellation.
•
All payments are processed in KRW or USD at the prevailing rate.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation by Organizer
If Hoppers cancels the Program due to safety issues, low enrollment, or unforeseen events, participants will receive a 100% refund of participation fees.
Hoppers is not liable for related costs such as flights, visas, insurance, or third-party bookings.
6.2 Cancellation by Participant

≥14 days before program start: 80% refund
•
7–13 days before program start: 50% refund
•
<7 days before program start: non-refundable
•
No refunds for “no-shows” or early departures.
•
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.
6.3 Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events, Hoppers reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Program.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at Hoppers’ discretion, after deducting non-recoverable costs.
7. Participant Responsibilities
7.1 Behavior & Code of Conduct
Participants must:
•
Treat others with respect and professionalism.
•
Adhere to quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM).
•
Maintain cleanliness and care for shared property.
•
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct.
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.
7.2 Communication
Participants must join and monitor the official Discord channel for all updates and coordination.
Hoppers is not responsible for missed information due to failure to check official channels.
7.3 Property & Damages
Participants are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning costs at the accommodation or during activities.
Hoppers reserves the right to invoice or charge participants after the Program for such costs.
8. Health, Safety & Insurance
•
Participants must arrange their own travel and health insurance, including coverage for accidents, illness, and cancellations.
•
Hoppers is not responsible for medical costs, lost property, or travel disruptions.
•
Participants must be in adequate physical condition to join planned activities.
•
The Organizer may deny participation in certain excursions if safety is a concern.

9. Recreational Activities & Risks
Outdoor and physical activities (e.g., hiking, cycling, trekking) involve inherent risks.
By participating, attendees assume full responsibility for personal safety and agree to follow staff and guide instructions.
Hoppers and partners are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during such activities.
10. Media & Intellectual Property
10.1 Media Release
By participating, attendees grant Hoppers Inc. the right to capture and use photos, videos, and recordings for marketing, publicity, and documentation purposes.
Participants waive the right to approve or claim compensation for such use.
10.2 Opt-Out
Participants who wish to opt out of identifiable photo or video use must notify Hoppers staff in writing at check-in.
10.3 Intellectual Property
All materials, visuals, and creative assets developed or distributed during the Program remain the exclusive property of Hoppers Inc.
They may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
•
Hoppers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including personal injury, loss of income, or delays).
•
Hoppers’ total liability shall not exceed the total participation fee paid by the participant.
•
Hoppers is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party providers (venues, transport, guides, etc.).
12. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hoppers, its staff, and partners against all claims, losses, or damages arising from:
•
Participant negligence or misconduct;
•
Violation of these Terms;
•
Damage to third-party property or injury to others caused by the participant.
13. Force Majeure & Adjustments
Hoppers reserves the right to adjust, postpone, or modify parts of the Program due to:
•
Adverse weather, natural disasters, or transport disruptions;
•
Venue unavailability or safety concerns;
•
Government restrictions or emergencies.
Equivalent alternative activities will be arranged where possible, but Hoppers is not obliged to issue refunds for minor adjustments.
14. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul, South Korea.
The arbitration language shall be English, and the decision shall be final and binding.
15. Organizer’s Rights
Hoppers reserves the right to:
•
Remove any participant for violation of these Terms or disruptive conduct.
•
Modify the itinerary, venue, or activities if required.
•
Use any non-identifiable participant data (e.g., surveys, testimonials) for program evaluation and improvement.
Participants acknowledge that Hoppers Inc. is the sole legal organizer, and that Hoppin and Digital Nomads Korea function solely as communication and branding platforms.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the Hoppin Jeju 2025 Application Form and submitting payment, participants:
•
Automatically confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions;
•
Acknowledge that Hoppers Inc. is the sole organizer of the Program;
•
Consent to the use of personal data for necessary program administration; and
•
Accept all risks, responsibilities, and policies described herein.
This digital or written consent is legally binding and equivalent to a signed agreement.
